UK gov't survey on future management of forest. Have your say before September 18th

Shape the future for the public forest estate

The Government has launched a survey about plans for a new ‘management body’ which will look after England's publicly-owned woods (the public forest estate).

Have your say!

You helped stop plans for a mass sell-off of the public forest estate in 2011 and secured a rethink for your forests. The Trust has been asked to respond to the plans as a stakeholder - but before we do, we want to make sure we hear your views on 3 of the important issues this raises.
The Woodland Trust will be challenging these plans and will include the results of our quick poll in our official response to the Government - so please take part before September 18th:  September 18th
